摘　　要：C3I系统性能和效能的测试评估一直是个难点。论文提出了基于仿真的C3I系统测试评估方法,研究了C3I系统仿真测试环境的基本配置及支撑技术,并通过测试实例进行了验证。Performance test and evaluation of C3I system has always been a challenge. In this paper, a method of C3I system evaluation based on simulation is proposed. The basic configuration and supporting technology of the C3I system simulation environment are presented, and they are verified by testing of an example.
