摘  要:目的:探讨飞天蜈蚣七对肝纤维化大鼠醛固酮(ALD)的影响。方法:实验分为正常对照组、肝纤维化组、飞天蜈蚣七组。用复合因素制备肝纤维化模型,飞天蜈蚣七组每日按100mg·kg^(-1)制成1ml溶液灌胃,观察其治疗肝纤维化的作用。结果:①VG染色,网状纤维染色可见飞天蜈蚣七组肝纤维化程度明显降低(P<0.01)。②肝纤维化组血清,肝组织ALD水平较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.05);飞天蜈蚣七组与正常对照组相比,血清、肝组织ALD均升高(P<0.05)。结论:飞天蜈蚣七对肝纤维化有改善作用,ALD在血清和肝组织均升高,可能是由于其拮抗ALD受体,导致ALD代偿性增加所致。Objective: To investigate the effect of Aralia Chinensis L. on aldosterone (ALD) of rats with hepatic fibro-sis. Methods: Rats were divided into normal control group, hepatic fibrosis model group and Aralia Chinensis L. group. Rat hepaitc fibrosis was induced by compound agents. Aralia Chinensis L. of 100mg·kg-1 (make into 1ml) was given each day by injection into the stomach of rats. Then to abserve its therapeutic effect on hepatic fibrosis rats. Results: (1)The grade of hepatic fibrosis was significantly decreased in the study group by VG stain (P<0.01). (2)Serum and tissue ALD levels was significantly higher in the model and the study groups than those in the contral group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Aralia Chi-nensis L. has certain therapeatie effect on the hepatic fibrosis in rats.
