摘  要:目的研制猕猴视觉分辨的Go/No-Go任务行为训练自动控制系统,应用于认知神经科学、神经生理学、神经药理学、心理物理学、精神科学等实验研究。方法该系统由图形刺激器、传感器、I/O接口卡、食物投放器、计算机及软件构成。以Windows操作系统作为开发平台,利用功能强大的可视化开发软件VisualC++6.0作为系统开发软件。在硬件设计中,引进电磁兼容技术,使系统性能更加稳定。结果本系统能精确地自动控制灵长类动物(猕猴)完成Go/No-Go任务行为训练实验的全过程,从行为训练的自动控制到实验数据的自动采集,实验了猕猴Go/No-Go任务行为训练的自动化,无需实验者直接操作,节省了科研经费和人力。结论该系统人机界面友好,利用传感器检测动物行为活动,判断准确,定时精确。Aim To prepare the adaptive control system for the training of visual discriminated Go /No-Go ta sk and applying in the experimental studies such as cognitive neuroscie nce,neurophysiology,neuropharma golo-gy,psychophysis and mental science et al.Methods This system was constituted with graph stimulator,sensor,I /O interface,food dispenser,computer and software.The Windows o perating system was used as devel-opmental platform and powerful Visu al C ++6.0as the developing software for this system.As for the hardware d esigning,electromagnetism compatible technology was used for stabilizing the behavior of this system.Results This system could exactly automatic ally adjust the whole course of Go /No-Go task.From the autocontrol of b ehavioral training to automatic col-lection of experimental data,the au tomation of Go /No-Go behavioral tra in-ing of rhesus macaque was realized an d direct operation was not needed,which saved the expenses of scientif ic research and human re-sources.Conclusion The autocontrol system for the train ing of visual dis-criminated Go /No-Go task presents t he advantages of friendly hu-man-computer interface,accurate j udgement and exact fixed-time.
