参龟益智合剂对脑卒中后血管性痴呆患者血流速度及智力的影响(英文)

摘　　要：目的通过检测脑卒中后血管性痴呆(vasculardementia,VD)患者脑血流速度,观察参龟益智合剂应用于脑卒中后VD的临床疗效。方法将124例脑卒中后VD患者按随机数字法随机分为两组,两组临床资料经齐同性检验,具有可比性。对照组62例患者进行传统的西药治疗,治疗组62例患者给以参龟益智合剂。观察比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后脑电图及脑血流速度指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为58%,优于对照组的44%(χ2=10.45,P<0.01);治疗组治疗后脑平均血流速度(48±10)cm/s,明显高于治疗前(38±9)cm/s和对照组(44±8)cm/s(t=3.82,4.59,P<0.01);且该药对轻、中、重度痴呆均有效,尤其对轻、中度痴呆疗效更为突出。结论参龟益智合剂能明显加快脑循环流速,并能显著改善VD患者临床症状。Aim To observe the clinical effect of Shengui yizhi mixture on the patients with vascular dement ia(VD)after stroke.Methods 124patients with VD after stroke were di vided randomly into two groups.The control group(n=62)was treated with traditional medicine and the treat-ment group(n=62)was treated with shengui yizhi mixtu re.Meanwhile the clinical effect and encephalogram a nd changes of brain blood flow velocity were observed and compared between t wo groups.Results The total effec-tive rate of the treatment group was 58%and better than that of the control group(44%)(χ 2 =10.45,P<0.01).And this medicine had better effect on slight,moderate and severe demen tia,especially on slight and modera te dementia.Conclusion The diagnosis of transcranial Doppl er ultrasonic ex-amination and examination of encephalogram provide foundations for early diagnosis of VD after stroke.Moreov er,shengui yizhi mixture can obviou sly accelerate the speed of cerebral blo od circulation,improve the functio ns of central neural cells of patients with VD
