靛红对血胆固醇水平影响的基础研究

摘　　要：目的:研究新型天然海洋药物靛红对血胆固醇的影响。方法:测定靛红100mg/kg对正常大鼠血胆固醇水平的影响,分别与空白对照组和降脂药进行比较;建立小鼠高胆固醇血症模型,测定靛红100mg/kg和150mg/kg对血胆固醇水平的影响,分别与正常对照组和降脂药进行比较。结果:靛红对正常大鼠和高胆固醇血症小鼠均有明显降低血胆固醇水平的作用(P分别<0.01,<0.05)。结论:靛红有降低血胆固醇水平的作用。Objective: To study the effect of isatin on the level of serum cholesterin. Methods: Determine the effect of isatin 100 mg/kg on the level of serum cholesterin in normal rats. Establish the hypercholesterolemia model in mice, determine the effect of isatin 100 mg/kg and 150 mg/kg on the level of serum cholesterin, compare the results with normal control group and lipanthyl 95 mg/kg group respectively. Results:Isatin can decrease the cholesterin level in normal rats (P<0. 01) and hypercholesterolemia mice (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Isatin can decrease the level of serum cholesterin level.
