摘　　要：介绍客车油箱拉带手动模的设计。该产品设计较为独特 ,进行模具设计时 ,必须经过工艺分析 ,确定合理的模具结构、最佳的冲压方案 ,最后还要求有利于制造 。The article introduces the handwork mould of the gasoline tank fixstring.When designing the mould, the structure of products must be analysed, the technology of the mould must be reasonable and has the best pressing project.Meanwhile, the design of the mould can be manufactured out and shows that the different designer will lead to the different result.
