摘 要:研究了在富铬酵母的制备过程中加入稀土化合物La2 O3 提高有机铬含量的方法 .实验结果表明 :La2 O3 对酵母同化无机铬为有机铬有明显的促进作用 ,La2 O3 能显著提高富铬酵母中总铬和有机铬的含量而降低 6价无机铬的含量 .当培养基中添加 10 0 μg·g-1La2 O3 时 ,富铬酵母中总铬的含量可达到70 8 33μg·g-1,有机铬的含量可达到 6 39 0 μg·g-1,约为未加La2 O3 的富铬酵母样品的 3倍 ;而 6价无机铬占总铬的质量分数却由 1 6 0 %降至 0 72 % .首次报道了富铬酵母中有机铬的紫外光谱和红外光谱特征吸收峰 ,富铬酵母在 2 6 0nm和 4 78cm-1处有特征吸收峰 ,而加La2 O3 的富铬酵母样品在此两处的吸收峰值均显著增强 ,表明La2 O3La 2O 3 is added into the culture medium to increase the organic chromium content and the nutritional level of chromium enriched yeast. Experimental results showed that La 2O 3 played an important role in assimilating inorganic chromium to organic chromium, and La 2O 3 could increase the content of total chromium and organic chromium and lower the content of inorganic chromium(VI). When 100 μg·g -1 La 2O 3 was added into the culture medium, the content of total chromium and organic chromium in the cultured chromium enriched yeast was 708 33 μg·g -1 and 639 0 μg·g -1 respectively, which was as three times as that of chromium enriched yeast without La 2O 3 in the culture medium, and the inorganic chromium(VI) was lowered from 1 60% to 0 72%.The UV and IR spectra of the cultured chromium enriched yeast were measured, it was found that there were absorption peaks of organic chromium at 260 nm and 478 cm -1 , and the absorption peaks of the sample added La 2O 3 was higher. The study results proved that the content of organic chromium and glucose tolerance factor in the cultured enriched chromium yeast was increased.
