摘 要:运用弹塑性大变形有限元理论,在通用有限元软件MARC平台上建立了大口径热推钢管弯曲过程的弹塑性热应力耦合模型,并对实际弯曲过程进行加载计算。基于有限元模拟结果,文章对钢管弯曲过程中的金属变形规律作了详细分析,同时也给出了断面形状及壁厚在成形过程的变化情况。文中利用MARC软件良好、开放的二次开发特性,通过用户子程序解决了热推钢管弯曲过程中局部中频加热的难题。模拟结果可为实际生产确定合理工艺提供理论性的指导。The bending of a large diameter pipe using local heating has been studied with the aid of elastic-plastic FEM. The elastic-plastic and thermal-mechanical coupling model for calculating the process of the bending pipe is developed on the platform of MARC. The paper makes the use of the Marc's characters of developing that is well and open and realizes the local heating of the bending pipe through user subroutines. Based on the FEM simulation results, the metal deformation law of the bending process, in the article, is analyzed in detail. The results, such as the thinning and thickening ratio of the pipe wall thickness, the ovality of the cross-section of the pipe etc. are showed. So, it may offer the theoretic guidance for determining the proper technology.
