摘　　要：建立简易的喷雾干燥装置,以凝胶速率曲线为基础,利用喷雾干燥法,探讨了凝胶速率对中孔分子筛的影响。发现凝胶速率的快慢对中孔分子筛的有序度影响很大,在最慢的凝胶点获得了很好的有序度。在凝胶快的点,没有发现有序分子筛。从缩合速率竞争和电荷力强弱的角度出发,对此现象做了解释分析。Based on the relation between pH and gel, the effect of gel on the mesoporous materials was studied through building a homemade spray dryer. The result shows that the gelling speed of gel influences greatly the order degree of mesoporous molecular sieves.
