摘　　要：通过分析铲斗齿的磨损原因 ,提出了采用堆焊的方法对铲斗齿进行修复。详细介绍了铲斗齿的修复工艺 ,堆焊材料的选择及堆焊时应注意的事项。实践表明 ,此修复工艺切实可行 。To recover the worn-out appearance of bucket teeth of electric shovels, also to improve their wear-resistance, this paper analyzes the cause of wearing out of bucket teeth, puts forward that we may adopt surfacing method to recover the bucket teeth. This paper introduces in detail the repairing technology of bucket teeth, selection of surfacing welding material and matter needing attention when surfacing welding. It shows that repairing technology is feasible, and satisfactory results were obtained.
