摘  要:目的 研究单味中药精制颗粒剂在临床应用的药效物质基础。方法 采用HypersilC18柱 ,甲醇 0 .1%磷酸水溶液 (85∶15 )作流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 大黄酚峰能与其它峰完全分离 ,分煎液大黄酚平均回收率 99.4 1% ,RSD =2 .2 7% ,合煎液大黄酚平均回收率 10 1.0 1% ,RSD =0 .4 5 %。结论 分煎液大黄酚含量高于合煎液。OBJECTIVE To study the medicinal material base for clinical application of the refined granules of single traditional Chinese herb. METHOD Analyzed the contents of chrysophanol in fenjian decoction (preparing the refined granules of single traditional Chinese herb from different kinds of medicinal materials separately,then mixing the granules with boiling water)and hejian decoction(decocting the all kinds of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials together as the traditional method)of Artemisiae Scopariae Decoction (composed of Herba Artemisiae Scopariae,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei and Fructus Gardeniae) by HPLC. Chromatographic conditions included Hypersil C 18 column and the mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol 0.1%phosphoric acid (85 15). Chrysophanol was detected at 254nm.RESULTS The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.004851~0.1552μg with correlation coefficient 0.9998. The average recovery of fenjian decoction was 99.41% with RSD=2.27%( n =5) and that of Hejian decoction was 101.01% with RSD=0.45%( n =5). The contents of chrysophanol were 1.5033mg in one dose of fenjian decoction and 0.5207mg in one dose of hejian decoction.CONCLUSION The content of chrysophanol in Fenjian decoction was higher than that in hejian decoction.
