大紫丹参药用植物资源研究

摘　　要：目的　大紫丹参 (甘西鼠尾草 )SalviaprzewalskiiMaxim .为云南习用丹参种类。为了提供对其进一步开发利用的依据。方法　我们对其植物资源进行了初步研究并应用薄层扫描法、高效液相层析法对其主要有效万分进行了含量测定。结果　与正品丹参相比较 ,测定出其有效部位总丹参酮和总酚酸成分含量略高 ;有效成分丹参酮Ⅱ A、原儿茶醛的含量约为正品丹参的一倍。结论　大紫丹参不仅广泛颁于我国西部地区并在其颁区域内较为常见 ,且有效成分的含量较高 。OBJECTIVE Salvia przewalskii Maxim.is a habitually used medicinal plant in Yunnan. In order to provide some foundations for researching and exploiting the species. METHOD We have studied the resources of it and determined on the content of effective components by Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry, High Performance Liquid Chromatography.RESULTS Salvia przewalskii Maxim.distributes widely and is common over the West China, and is Tanshinone Ⅱ A, Protocatechuic aldehyde are about twice the content compared with the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.CONCLUSION It is one of the best resources of the Danshen medicinal plant.
