摘　　要：目的　探讨剖宫产术后抗感染药物使用现状 ,为合理用药提供参考。方法　采用回顾性调查方法 ,对我院 1996～ 2 0 0 1年各年度 10月份剖宫产患者术后抗感染药物的使用时间、药品费用、联合用药情况、药品类别等进行统计分析。结果　剖宫产术后大多为二联用药 ,时间多为 4～ 6d ,费用多在 10 0 0元左右 ,并以头孢菌素类药物使用率最高。OBJECTIVE To survey the current status of the use of antiinfective drugs in caesarean birth patients. METHOD To analyse the data of the use of antiinfective drugs after caesarean section in October each year during 1996 2001, regarding the time of clinical application, the sum of money,the combined antiinfective drugs and main kinds etc.RESULTS The great majority of patients applied two kinds of drugs, mostly cephalosporines spent 4 6 days and about 1000 yuan RMB.CONCLUSION The use of antiinfective drugs after cassarean operation has gradually become rational.
