摘  要:目的 为制定中国老年女性血沉正常参考值的统一标准提供科学依据。方法 收集了中国 2 0 2个单位用温氏法测定的 11783例健康老年女性血沉正常参考值 ,用曲线回归分析的方法研究了其与海拔高度之间的关系。结果 发现随着海拔高度的逐渐增大 ,老年女性血沉正常参考值按指数律在逐渐的减少 ,相关性很显著 (R =0 .70 1) ;推导出了一个曲线回归模型 ^Y =2 5 .98e-0 .0 0 0 3 0 1x ± 5 .31。结论 如果知道了中国某地的海拔高度 ,就可以用该回归模型估算这个地区的老年女性血沉正常参考值。依据老年女性血沉正常参考值与地理因素的依赖关系把中国分为青藏区、中部区。Objective To provide a scientific basis for laying out a unified standard of the reference value of Chinese old women's erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR). Methods After the reference values of 11?783 Chinese healthy old women's ESR tested in 202 areas were collected, a research was made on the relationship between the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR and altitude by using curvilinear regression analysis. Results As the altitude gradually increased, the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR gradually decreased by index law, with significant correlation ( R =0.701). One curvilinear regression model was given out:=25.98e -0.000301x ±5.31. Conclusion If altitude of a particular area is known, the reference value of Chinese old women's ESR in this area can be established by using regression model. According to the correlation between Chinese old women's ESR and altitude, China can be divided into three districts: Qinghai Tibet Region,Central Region, and Eastern Region.
