摘　　要：研究了BY粘结剂对合脂砂性能的影响,并通过正交试验和单因素试验,找出了合脂、BY粘结剂、纸浆和水分4种原材料在合脂砂中的最佳配比,为生产应用提供了依据。The influences of BY binder on the properties of synthetic fatty acid sand have been studied. The best proportion of the binder, sulphite lye and water in synthetic fatty acid sand have been found by the orthongonal and single element experiments. The results obtained can be applied for productive application.
