醇醚型工业表面活性剂的应用研究(Ⅰ)——在乙醛精馏塔不锈钢填料除垢中的应用

摘　　要：以C_(16～18)醇醚为活性组分经复配得工业设备清洗剂,该清洗剂用于去除乙醛精馏塔不锈钢填料上的沉积垢效果良好。实验结果表明,采用配方Ⅱ在温度70～80℃下,6～7h除垢率几乎可达100％。腐蚀性实验表明,本清洗剂对精馏塔不锈钢填料具有很弱的腐蚀性,低于国际腐蚀标准(10g/m^2·hr)。本项研究成果经进一步中试后,可实用于该填料的清洗除垢。An industrial cleaning agent is prepared with C_(15～18) alcohol ether as an activated component. This cleaning agent has a good effect on the application of cleaning dirt on the stainless steel packing of a ethyl aldehyde rectifying tower. The experiment result shows that diri—cleaning efficiency may reach 100％ with composition Ⅱ at the temperature of 70—75℃ in 6 or 7 hours. The erosive test shows that this cleaning agent has low erosion for the stainless steel packing of the rectifying tower. The erosion is lower than international erosion standard (10g/m^2·hr). This study result may be applied to the dirt cleaning of the packing in industry.
