摘　　要：本文利用统计研究方法 ,通过对国外 2 6个不同矿种、70个典型矿床发现史的研究 ,总结出国外矿床发现过程中找矿前期工作 ,技术应用 ,成矿区域 ,资料再开发 ,勘探程序 ,勘查组织等方面的一些规律。同时对我国的矿产勘查提出了若干启示和建议。With statistical method, the paper studies foreign 26 different minerals and finding history of 70 typical deposits. Then, it sums up foreign rules involved in the work of prospecting earlier stage, technical use, mineralized region, reuse of material, exploration procedure and prospecting organization in the course of finding deposit. Moreover, it puts forward the proposals for China's exploration.
