摘　　要：目的 :观察舒氨新治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效。方法 :舒氨新 6g/天 ,加入生理盐水或葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注 ,每天 2次 ,疗程 7～ 14天。结果 :临床有效率为 76.4% ,细菌清除率为 82 .2 % ,不良反应发生率为 3 .4%。结论Aim:To observe the efficacy of Sultamicillin (base) in the treatment of lower respiratory infections. Methods:Sultamicillin (base) was resolved in normal saline or glucose solution and used by intravenous instillation, 6 g/d twice a day for 7-14 d. Results:Clinical efficacy of Sultamicillin (base) was 76.4 %. Clearance rate of bacteria was 82.2 % and rate of adverse effect was 3.4 %.Conclusion:Sultamicillin (base) has good clinical and anti-bacteria effects in the treatment of lower respiratory infections.
