摘  要:运用PCR直接测序法 ,对白花柽柳 (TamarixalbiflonumM .T .Liu .)的nrDNA的ITS区 (包括ITS -l,5 .8SrDNA和ITS - 2 )进行序列测定。结果表明 ,该植物的ITS序列和长穗柽柳 (Tamarixelongata)的序列差别不大 :ITS - 1片段的长度都是 2 5 9bp ;ITS - 2片段的长度同为 2 44bp ;G +C百分含量仅相差 1% ;碱基差异共发生 18处。由ITS及 5 .8SrDNA序列分子证据看 ,白花柽柳更可能是长穗柽柳的变异。Tamarix albiflonum M. T. Liu was found and named by Liu Mingting in the Large Youerdus at the lower reaches of Kongque River in the eastern part of Tarim Basin, Xinjiang in 1994. The compartmentalizing basis is mainly its complete-white flowers, and the descendiblity of their white property is stable. Many studies on its anatomical, sporo-pollen, phytochemical, systematical and ecological properties have been carried out, and yet, the molecular evidences of Tamarix albiflonum are not researched. In this paper, the sequence of nrDNA in ITS area (including ITS-1, 5.8SrDNA and ITS-2) of Tamarix albiflonum is measured. The results show that the difference of the sequence in ITS area between Tamarix albiflonum and Tamarix elongata is not obvious, the lengths of ITS-1 and ITS-2 are 259 and 244 bp respectively, the difference of G + C contents is only 1%, and there are 18 different sites between Tamarix albiflonum and Tamarix elongata. Considering from the molecular evidences of the sequence of ITS and 5.8SrDNA, Tamarix albiflonum is possibly a variation of Tamarix elongata.
