摘　　要：诚信原则是商法维护交易信用的法理基础。商法维护交易信用的基本制度有市场准入和准出制度、公司治理制度、公司人格否认制度、定型化交易制度、商事账簿制度、公示制度、外观制度、忠实信赖规则、信用保证保险制度、严格责任制度等。信用危机的商法防治途径主要是运用商法 ,不断深化经济体制改革 ,建立健全的利益调节机制等。Bona fide doctrine is the basis of legal theory on which business credibility is maintained by commercial law. Basic systems safeguarding business credibility in commercial law include system of corporate governance, the system of disclosure, the system of strict duty, etc. Ways to prevent and cure crisis of credit by commercial law mainly include applying commercial law to continuously deepen economic system reform, and set up perfect benefit-adjusting mechanism, etc.
