摘  要:为研究系统性红斑狼疮 ( SL E)患者红细胞补体受体 型 ( CR1)与淋巴细胞功能相关抗原 - 1( L FA- 1)表达及其与病情发展的关系 ,对 36例 SL E患者进行了红细胞 CR1分子定量测定及 CD1 1 a ( L FA- 1中的一种 )测定。结果SL E活动期、稳定期患者和正常人单个红细胞表面 CR1数目依次升高 ,且三者间两两比较有显著统计学意义 ( P <0 .0 1) ;SL E活动期淋巴细胞表面 CD1 1 a表达和稳定期患者比较明显增高 ( P<0 .0 1) ;SL E患者红细胞 CR1数量与淋巴细胞表面 CD1 1 a呈负相关 ( r =- 0 .891,P <0 .0 1) ,其红细胞 CR1与狼疮活动积分呈负相关 ( r=- 0 .6 0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。认为对 SL E患者进行红细胞 CR1与 L FA- 1表达测定 。To investigate the expression level of CRI,and LFA 1 in SLE patients and their relationship with the variety developed stage,molecule quantative method was performed to detect CR1,flowcytometry was used to measure CD 11 a expression level The result showed the expression quantitive of the CR1 was increasing separately in SLE active stage,static phase and the normal control There was significantly statistical difference among the three group(P<0 01) CD 11 a was obviously higher in active stage than in static phase in SLE patients (P<0 01) The level of ECR1 was negatively correlated with CD 11a (r=-0 891,P<0 01) and the lupus activity scores (r-0 601,P<0 05)in SLE patients This suggests the detection of expression of CR1 and CD 11a in SLE may play a significant role in the pathogenesis of SLE
