摘　　要：本文阐述了HWF—15型粉煤机主要工作部件锤头的形状、配置、材质和弹簧齿板以及配套电机等。经多次研究测试,优选出最佳的技术参数。该机具有粉碎效率高、粉碎质量好的特点,尤其能适应含矸石率和含水量大的劣质煤,而且不糊壁,不堵塞,不烧电机。To adapt realistic state of coal in northeast China and to make fully use of energy for supply heat, HWF- 15 shatering machine has been designed and manufactured. This article sets forth the best technical parameters with many optimization of shape, allocation, materials, and spring gear plank of a hammer head, which are main working spare parts and assembling motor of the machine. This machine can shatter efficiently and have good shattering quality. It not only adapts poor coal such as containing stone and water, it also does not adhere machine shell, not block or harmful to motor.
