摘  要:目的 :建立对硝基酸 (PNP)溶液检测自动生化分析仪精密度方法。方法 :通过酸性PNP溶液吸收峰扫描 ,在奥林巴斯AU_400仪器上建立程序进行精密度观察 ,并对测定结果进行评价。结果 :在酸性环境下PNP溶液最大吸收峰为295~340nm ,加入PNP溶液后的反应曲线是典型的终点比色法反应方式 ;连续记录30个工作日批内不精密度均未超过1 00 % ,平均不精密度为0 45% ;日间不精密度为2 02%。结论 :PNP溶液检测自动生化分析仪精密度 ,方法简便 ,成本低廉 。Objective:To set up a method to determine the precision of automatic analyzer with p_nitrophenol(PNP)solution.Methods:In order to evaluate the method,the measuring parameter for Olympus AU_400was established by scanning absorbent peak of PNP dissolved in acidic distilled water at pH5.9.Results:The abˉsorbent peak of PNP solution at pH5.9was from295nm to340nm by scanning.The reactive curve added p_nitrophenol was a typical colorimetric mode with endpoint.Each imprecision within run of the proposed method was<1.00%(CV)with a mean of0.45%from recorded sequential30working days.The imprecision(CV)from day to day was2.02%that stability of working PNP solution could meet the requirement for meaˉsuring precision of analyzer.Conclusion:The precision of automatic analyzer was determined by the simple and cheap method with an acidic PNP solution that could effectively reflect the working state of machine.
