抗病优质丰产甘蓝新品种秦甘80选育及其目标性状鉴定

摘　　要：秦甘80是利用具有抗病优质和配合力高的两个自交不亲和系B2523-3-2和FT6358-3-3配育成的杂交一代,为中熟甘蓝新品种,定植到叶球收获80d左右。植株综合经济性状优良,抗TuMV、Br、CMV 3种病害;中心柱6.2cm,紧实度0.53,帮叶比25.8％;叶质脆甜,富含营养物质,100g鲜重含粗蛋白1.125g,粗纤维0.514g,可溶性糖2.21g,VB_1208.97mg;平均产量75 980.3kg/hm^2,比对照京丰一号增产18.8％。Qin'gan 80 is a F1 hybrid of the self-incomparetiting(SI) line B2523-3-2 and the SI line FT6358-3-3. Both lines have high diseases resistance ,good qualities and high combining ability. The hybrid is medium-early maturing,from planting to harvesting about 80 days or so. It has many excellent charaters, such as resistance to TuMV, Br,CMV and high quality charaters. Its central axis is 6. 2 cm height, compactness is 0. 53, petiole leaf ratio is 25. 8%, leaf is crisp and sweet. .Its leaves-head content 1.125 g/100g of crude protein, 0. 514 g/100g of crude fibre,2. 21 g/100g of sluble sugar and 208. 97 mg/100g of Vitamine B1.The average yield is 75 980. 3 Kg/hm2, 18. 8% higher than check variety Jingfeng No. 1.
