摘　　要：本文根据消费理论的最新发展对收入分配与总需求关系的认识 ,结合中国的具体国情 ,建立了一个用于解释中国消费不振的理论框架 ,并较好地说明了其它理论所不能解释的一些消费特征。最后提出政策建议。Based on the understanding to the relation between income distribution and aggregate consumption,in the framework of the latest development of Consumption theory,and with the knowledge of China's particular characteristics,this paper has formed a model to explain China's consumption stagnation,then analyzed some phenomena of China's consumption successfully,which other hyporthesis can't analysize.We have further outlined some suggestions on policy choosing.
