摘  要:目的:探讨中药干预剂“二仙汤加减”对急性不完全性脑缺血大鼠心房特殊颗粒(ASG)的影响及其意义。方法:中老年Wistar大鼠,采用双侧颈总动脉夹闭2 h后去夹再通的方法,制作急性不完全脑缺血模型。造模前给予实验组大鼠“二仙汤加减”煎剂,于血流再通后6 h、24 h、3 d、7 d处死。取大鼠右心耳制作超薄切片,电镜观察。结果:再灌6 h、24 h对照组大鼠右心耳ASG明显减少甚至缺如,而实验组仅少量释放,肌浆内仍存在密集地ASG。结论:中药“二仙汤加减”明显的减少了急性不完全脑缺血大鼠右心耳ASG的释放,为该方药在脑缺血过程中的脑保护作用提供了证据。Objective:To study the effect of modified Erxiantany atrial specific granulars (ASG) in rats with acute incomplete cerebral ischemia. Methods: Middle-aged Wistar rats were used as the models by the method of bilateral common carotid occlusion. The rats in the experimental group were given Erxiantang decoction before used as the models. All rats were put to death on 6 h,24 h,3 d and 7 d after reperfusion and the right atrial appendages were made into ultra-thin section and were observed with electron microscope. Resultss:The ASG of the rats in the control group decreased obviously, even absent but only a little were released in those of experimental group 6 h and 24 h after reperfusion. Conclusion:The release of the ASG is reduced obviously by the modified Erxiantang providing evidence for brain protection by the drug in the process of cerebral ischemia.
