肝胆核素显像对胆囊结石和胆囊息肉样病变患者胆囊功能的研究

摘　　要：研究不同状态下胆囊息肉和胆囊结石患者胆囊功能的受损程度。对所有受试者进行肝胆核素显像 ,获得胆囊显影时间 (G·T) ,胆囊排空分数 (E·R) ,排胆率 (E·F)等值来描述和确定胆囊功能。单个结石大于 2cm或小于 1cm但多于 3块或囊壁厚度大于 3cm的患者胆囊的功能明显受损。To investigate how much degree of the gallbladder function of the cholecyst polyp and cholecystolithiasis patients has been injured.We have the gallbladder imaging time(GT).gallbaldder evacuation time (ER).cholecystago-gic rate(EF)obtained from hepatic-cystic nuclide imaging to all the patients,which are used to describe and define the functiom of gallbladder.The function of gallbladder has been injured evidently of the cystic polyp patients that the polyp are located at the collum of cholecyst or whose cholecyst have a non-inflammatory pachyntic paries,and the number of stone in cholelifhiasis patients is more then three.or the pachyntic paries more than 0.3 centimeter.
