内蒙古黄河流域生态环境建设区域配置初步研究

摘　　要：从内蒙古黄河流域自然条件和社会经济条件出发,综合分析本区水土流失、土地沙化、盐渍化、沙丘活化等生态环境问题产生的原因。认为森林超采过伐,草原超载过牧,土地过度垦耕,水资源不合理利用,是导致生态环境质量持续退化、恶化的主要原因。在生态环境建设分区的基础上,提出了分区对策。Based on the eco-environmental and social economic condition of the Yellow river watershed in Inner Mongoli-a, the paper comprehensively analyzed the cause of soil erosion and water loss, desertification, salination, dune activation and other eco-environmental problems in this area, and pointed out that the main reason for the problem mentioned above includes the excessive deforestation, overgrazing of grassland, over reclamation of land and unreasonable use of water resources. On the basis of eco-environmental conservation division, control measures for each region are put forward.
