摘　　要：阐述了土壤水、土壤水资源的定义及其特点,并进行土壤水资源评价方法研究,建立土壤水资源调控模型,对在农业生产中积极探索水资源可持续利用途径,发展旱作节水农业是相当有益的。This paper elaborated the definitions and characteristics of soil moisture and soil water resources. The studies were conducted on the evaluation methods of soil water resources and the control model was established, which could be beneficial to exploring the sustainable utilization ways of water resources and developing watersaving agriculture for dry crops.
