摘  要:目的 探讨实验性胰腺炎时核因子 -κB与p53 、bcl- 2之间的关系。方法  35只SD大鼠被随意分成对照组(7只 ) ,急性水肿型胰腺炎 (AEP)模型组 (1 4只 ) ,急性坏死型胰腺炎 (ANP)模型组 (1 4只 )。制成ANP模型及AEP模型 ,应用免疫组化的方法计算胰腺组织中p53 、bcl- 2表达的阳性率。结果 AEP组p53 表达阳性率强于ANP组表达阳性率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,AEP组bcl- 2表达阳性率则弱于ANP组表达阳性率 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 NF -κB、p53 、bcl-Objective To explore the relationship between nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB),p 53 and bcl-2 on experimental pancreatitis.Methods 35 SD rats were randomly divided into control group,acute edematous pancreatitis group,acute necrotizing pancreatitis group.The rats model of AEP and ANP were made.Expression of p 53 and bcl-2 in pancreatic tissue of the three groups were observed by immunohistochemistry.Result The expression of p 53 in AEP group was more obvious than that in ANP group(P<0 05),and bcl-2 in AEP group was milder than that in ANP group (P<0 05).Conclusion The NF-κB,p 53 and bcl-2 were involved in the inflammation process and apoptosis of experimental pancreatitis.
