摘 要:研究了喷丝板和牵伸倍数对烟用聚丙烯丝束性能的影响。实验结果表明 :用喷丝孔截面积小的B喷丝板纺制的纤维结晶度高、断裂比功小、切割性能好、成棒率高 ,更适合于烟用聚丙烯丝束的生产。经热处理后的聚丙烯丝束的纤维性能在后牵伸倍数为 2 .0前后变化较大 ,在后牵伸倍数大于 2 .0时 ,随后牵伸倍数的增加断裂比功减小 ,声速取向增大 。The effects of spinneret and draw-ratio on the properties of polypropylene(PP) cigarette tow were studied. The results showed that PP fibers spun by the spinneret with smaller orifices had higher crystallinity, smaller breaking-power per dtex and better cutting property. After heat treatment, the properties of PP fibers changed significantly when post-draw-ratio was 2.0∶1 or so. When post-draw-ratio was over 2.0∶1, the breaking-power per dtex decreased and the sound-velocity orientation increased with the increase of post-draw-ratio.
