摘　　要：目的 :通过对现行医疗服务定价模式的利弊分析 ,笔者提出医疗服务价格体系的改革必须要考虑到医疗服务的特殊性 ,应科学地反映医疗服务所包含的科技与知识的含量、医务人员的劳动价值和医院实际成本的消耗 ;应进一步完善补偿机制 ,转换物价部门管理职能 ,实行按等级定价 。Objective:Through the analyzing advantages an d disadvantages of the current Fixed Price on the health care service in this the sis, the author puts foreword the new opinion that the government should preside over the reformation on the Fixed Price of health care service They must cons ider the specialties of the medical field and must reflect scietifically the kno wledge and the costs included while the hospital provides the health care servic e The government also must perfect the reimbursement system and changes the Fi xed Price management authority function, realizes the policy that while the auth ority fixing the price they should accord to the hospital's degree and sets up t he new measure of the adjustable pitch fixing the price management system
