摘 要:随着油田原油生产的不断进行,注水开发在油田生产中越来越重要,洗井工艺技术也随着油田开发新技术的发展而不断进步。文章综述了大港油田注水井洗井工艺技术的发展及现状。大港油田注水井洗井工艺技术经历了三个阶段,即油田区块整体洗井工艺技术、单井洗井工艺技术和洗井车洗井工艺技术。对三种洗井工艺技术进行了比较,与其它两种洗井工艺相比,洗井车洗井工艺技术具有明显的优点,不仅一次性投资少,可对多个油田区块的注水井进行洗井,而且洗井过程对注水系统、集油系统和污水处理厂没有影响。大港油田注水井洗井目前主要以单井洗井工艺技术和洗井车洗井工艺技术为主。提出研究和开发高凝、高粘油田区块的注水井洗井工艺技术是今后注水工作的一个重点。This article has summarized the technology development conditions of well washing technology in Dagang oil field. There are three stages for Dagang oil field to develop well washing technology as follows: oil field district piece whole well washing engineering technology, single well washing engineering technology and well washing vehicle to wash well engineering technology. Comparing the 3 kinds of well washing engineering technology, using well washing vehicle to wash well has obvious advantages, not only oneness investment is low, but also there is no influence for oil system and sewage treatment plant. In addition, it can wash well for many oil fields district pieces. Present single well washing and well washing vehicle technologies are main engineering technology in Dagang oil field. A focal point of the work in the future of water flooding is research and development of well washing technologies in congeal high and glue high districts of oil field.
