摘 要:从输油工艺的整个系统分析了提高原油系统远距离输送效率的基本方法,从不同的角度概述了提高输油系统效率的途径,分析了胜利油田河口采油厂目前输油系统的效率状况,介绍了该采油厂提高管输系统效率的具体做法。选用高效率的管输动力设备,改造水套炉提高热效率,对外输泵实施变频控制,降低电能损耗,建立管线实时监控与防盗系统,调节管输工艺参数等,这些方法都能提高管输系统的效率,收到了很好的经济效益。The basic methods for comprehensively raising the efficiency of oil transportation system have been analyzed from entire system analysis of oil transportation technology. The ways for raising efficiency of oil transportation system have been made from many aspects. Present conditions of oil transportation system of Hekou production factory of Shengli oil field have been analyzed. The specific practice for raising the efficiency of oil transportation system has been introduced. We have received very good economic benefits by using the methods such as choosing high efficiency power equipment, reforming water cover stove to raise thermal efficiency, control of frequency conversion for external pump to reduce electricity, establishing real time monitoring system for guard against thief and so on.
