摘　　要：With the development of electronic commerce, the requirements of the data exchanging and interoperabilityamong different EC systems keep growing. This paper analyzes the data exchange modes among different systems,proposes a XML-based data exchange middleware model, which focuses on solving the problems in data exchanging a-mong heterogeneous EC systems. The key technologies in data exchange middleware model are studied, which includeexchange service interface, ontology, data exchange engine and template. Lastly, the XSLT is extended according tothe data exchange requirements.With the development of electronic commerce, the requirements of the data exchanging and interoperability among different EC systems keep growing.
