摘　　要：运用正交实验法研究6种表面活性剂及其协同效应对纯棉筒状针织物染色过程中匀染性和表观色深的影响,并确立了最佳配方 %(质量分数):十八酰胺烷基磺酸盐为7、十八醇硫酸酯盐为6、十八醇聚氧乙烯醚为2.5、十八烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐为1.5、天然油脂硫酸化脂肪酸盐为1、水余量时制得的浴中柔软剂WS,具有良好的柔软平滑性、渗透性、耐碱性及对活性染料上染纯棉织物的匀染和防擦伤能力,尤其可防止和消除边痕现象.This paper researches the influence of six different surfactants and their synergistic effect on level-dyeing property and apparent shade depth of pure cotton tubular knitted fabric by orthogonal experimentation.Softenˉer WS is composed of7g stearamide alkyl sulfonate,6g octadecyl sodium sulfovinate,2.5g octadecyl polyethenoxy ether,1.5g octadecyl polyethenoxy ether sulfonate,1g sulfating oil and fatty glyceride aliphatic salt,82.0g H 2 O.WS has good softening and smoothing power,penetrability,and alkali resistance.And it can also render pure cotton fabˉric level-dyeing and anti-chafe properties,prevention and elimination of selvedge marks in particular,when dyeing with reactive dyes.
