棉的阳离子改性及其染色工艺研究

摘　　要：对阳离子改性棉用Lanaset染料的染色性能作了初步的探索.研究确定了棉阳离子化处理的最佳工艺条件,结果表明,用Lanaset染料染阳离子棉,上染率显著提高,匀染性、染色牢度均令人满意,为实现毛 /棉混纺织物用Lanaset染料一浴法同色染色打下了一定的理论基础.The optimal process conditions of cationic treatment of cotton fiber were determined.A primary inˉvestigation on dyeing of cationic modified cotton with Lanaset dyes was conducted.The result indicated that cationic modified cotton dyed with Lanaset dyes has enhanced dye up-taking,satisfactory levelness and color fastness,thus laying a foundation in theoretical sense for one-bath dyeing of wool/cotton blended fabric with Lanaset dyes.
