摘　　要：目的:探讨应用经跟距外固定器治疗跟骨关节内移位骨折的临床效果。方法:回顾总结自1997年以来采取经跟距外固定器复位固定的跟骨骨折患者34例,包括感染情况和肢体功能恢复情况评分。随访时间6～35个月,平均15.6个月。结果:术后6～35个月所有患者均无感染;其中,优20例,良11例,可1例,差2例。平均得分80.6分,优良率89.2%。结论:经跟距外固定器能够很好地维持Bhler角及跟骨的高度,术后无需石膏外固定,能早期进行足趾及踝关节的功能练习,降低了骨折并发症和后遗症的发生。但对Ⅳ型骨折效果差。..Objective To explore the clinical effects of the treatment of the calcaneal fracture with the External Fixation Device Through Calcaneo-talar.Method Thirty-four patients with calcaneal fractures fixed by the External Fixation Device Through Calca-neo-talar had been evaluated since1997,including assessment of infection and function.The period of follow-up extended from6to35months(average15.6months).Results All of the patients had no infection after operation.According to ZHANG Tie Liang's criterion,the result of the treatment was evaluated as excellent in20patients,good in11patients,fair in1patient ,poor in2pa-tients.The average score was80.6.The rate of the cases that achieved satisfactory results was89.2%in the group.Conclusion B hler angle and height of the calcaneus were well kept by the External Fixation Device Through Calcaneo-talar.This method has the ad-vantage of firm fixation without plaster splint ,early functional exercises of ankle and phalanges,and reduces the complication and the sequelae of calcaneal fractures.But the results of treating typeⅣfractures of calcaneus were not satisfactory.
