摘 要:在稀硫酸介质中 ,铱可催化高碘酸钾氧化甲基红褪色 ,据此建立了一个测定铱的催化光度新方法。铱的浓度在 0~ 2 .0μg/ 2 5 m L范围内与催化反应速率呈线性关系 ,检出限为 6.44× 1 0 - 4μg/ m L。对 0 .1 μg Ir( )及 1 .0 μg Ir( )独立测定 1 0次的相对标准偏差分别为 1 .98%和 1 .82 %。本法对冶金产品和岩矿中铱测定的相对标准偏差为 0 .64%~ 2 .30 %,标准加入回收率为 98.8%~ 1 0 3.8%。A new catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of iridium(Ⅳ) based on its catalytic effects on the oxidation reaction of methyl red by KIO 4 in the diluted H 2SO 4 medium. The linear relationship has been obtained between the rate of the catalytic reaction and the concentration of Ir(Ⅳ) in the range of 0.0-2.0 μg/25 mL with the detection limit (3 σ/s)of 6.44×10 -4 μg/mL. The relative standard deviations for 10 replicate determinations of 0.1 and 1.0 μg of Ir(Ⅳ) was calculated to be 1.98% and 1.82, respectively. The results obtained from the studies on the effects of more than 40 kinds of foreign ions indicated that many common ions did not interfere with the determination expect for Fe 3+ , Ru(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅳ). The method has been applied to the determination of iridium in the metallurgy products and ore samples with the relative standard deviations of 0.64%~2.30% and the recovery of 98.8%~103.8%.
