摘  要:介绍中国石油天然气股份有限公司抚顺石化分公司石油三厂新建分子筛脱蜡装置的设计特点、运行及生产考核情况。该装置采用UOP新开发的ADS 3 4吸附剂 ,改进的回转阀及先进的ACCS控制系统 ;工艺改进包括采用原料油吸附过滤及机械过滤 ,以减缓拔头塔盘的堵塞 ,拔头塔顶注氨以减轻腐蚀 ;取消加氢催化剂再生系统 ,催化剂采用器外再生 ,抽余液塔和抽出液塔侧线抽出口上移 5层塔盘 ;采用高效扰流子联合烟气余热回收技术 ;仪表的改进包括抽出液塔和抽余液塔塔顶压力均采用压控与热旁通联合控制 ,抽出液塔、脱C1 0 塔和脱C1 3塔的回流塔液位采用飞轮控制与常规控制相结合 ,增设热油炉事故快开风门。装置已成功的进行试生产及考核 ,现已平稳运行一年 ,液蜡的回收率达 99.2 %。Design features, running and evaluation of the newly built molecular sieve dewaxing unit in the Third Refinery of Fushun Company are introduced. ADS 34 adsorbent, newly developed by UOP, improved rotary valve and advanced ACCS system have been adopted in the unit. Process improvements include:(1) Adopting feedstock adsorption filtration and machine filtration to reduce the blockage at topping tray; (2) Injecting ammonia at topping overhead to reduce corrosion; (3) Hydrotreating catalyst regeneration system has been cancelled and the catalyst regenerated outside; (4) Side stream outlets of raffinate tower and extract tower have been moved up by five trays; (5) Adopting the combined flue gas waste heat recovery technology with high efficient turbulator. Instrument improvements include: (1) Pressure control and heat by passing have been combined to control the overhead pressure of both extract tower and raffinate tower; (2) Flywheel control integrated with general control has been used to control the reflux tower liquid level of extract tower, C 10 splitter and C 13 splitter; (3) Emergency quick opening air register has been added in the furnace. Successful test running and evaluation of the unit have been carried out and now the unit has been smoothly running for over a year. Liquid wax recovery rate has reached 99.2%.
