摘　　要：目的:观察益脑康胶囊的镇静、催眠和对东莨菪碱所致小鼠记忆获得障碍的改善作用。方法:以东莨菪碱造成动物记忆获得障碍,采 用避暗法测定;另观察益脑康对正常小鼠的自主活动和对戊巴比妥钠催眠剂量的影响。结果:益脑康胶囊对东莨菪碱所致动物的学习记忆 障碍有改善作用,并有明显的中枢神经抑制作用。结论:益脑康胶囊有明显的益智、镇静、催眠作用。Objective: To observe sedative and hypnotic effects, and improvement for memory acquirement disorder induced by scopolamine. Methods: Animals were induced memory acquirement disorder by scopolamine, assayed by dark evading method. Also observe effects of Yinaokang on independent activities and hypnotic dose of sodium pento-barbifal in mice. Results: Yinaokang capsule has significant improving effects on study and memory disorder of ani-mals induced by scopolamine, it also has significant inhibiting effect on central nervous system. Conclusion: Yinaokang has significant intelligence promoting, sedative and hypnotic effects.
