摘 要:土壤溶质运移模型是研究土壤中农用化学物质迁移的一种重要手段。由于一维土壤溶质运移在基本机制和形式上与化学色谱分析有相似性,将化学色谱理论应用于土壤溶质运移研究,得到了土壤溶质运移的色谱塔板理论模型,该模型的解析解与常用对流弥散方程的解具有相似的结果。同时,土柱试验表明,色谱模型的模拟结果与试验结果基本一致,仅部分时段模拟结果稍低于试验值,这可能由于色谱塔板模型尚未考虑水动力弥散作用和其中采用一阶近似有关。说明色谱塔板理论可用于土壤溶质运程研究,为认识土壤溶质运移提供了一种新的方法。The solution transport model is a key method for the study of the movement of agri- chemicals in soils. The mechanisms and forms of the one- dimensional solution transport in soil are similar to chromatographic analysis in chemistry. In this paper, the chemical chromatography theories were applied in solution transport in soils and a chromatography plate theory model of solution transport was established. The analytical solution of this model was similar to that of the convection - dispersion equation, which is usually used in solution transport in soils. A column experiment gave results quite consistent with the simulation results with the chromatography model, suggesting that the chromatography plate theory can be used in the study of solution transport in soils.
