摘  要: 采用电沉积方法制备了Ni Co和Ni Co(RE)合金电极。通过电化学方法研究了其在7mol/LKOH溶液中的析氢电催化活性。实验发现,与Fe电极相比,Ni Co和Ni Co(RE)合金电极的析氢电位正移,其中Ni Co(RE)合金电极的析氢电位正移250mV。通过扫描电镜和合金镀层成分分析,探讨了稀土铈对Ni Co合金电极析氢电催化性能的影响。结果表明,稀土铈的加入提高了合金电极在7mol/LKOH溶液中的析氢电催化活性和电化学稳定性。有利于降低槽压,减少能耗。Nickel\|Cobalt and Nickel\|Cobalt (RE) alloy electrodes were prepared by electrodeposition. Electrocatalytic properties of hydrogen evolution on the obtained alloy electrodes were studied in 7 mol/L KOH solution by electrochemical methods. Compared with Fe electrode, the hydrogen evolution potential on the cathode of Nickel\|Cobalt and Nickel\|Cobalt (RE) alloy electrodes moved positively, of which Nickel\|Cobalt (RE) electrode moved over 250 mV. The effect of rare earth Ce on the electrochemical catalytic behavior of hydrogen evolution was also studied by means of SEM and composition analysis. Nickel\|Cobalt (RE) was proved to improve the electrocatalytic activity of hydrogen evolution and electrochemical stability of alloy electrode in 7mol/L KOH solution, which was favorable to reduce the bath voltage and energy loss.
