摘 要: 分析了高温、高速烧蚀 腐蚀机理,通过涂料抗燃气烧蚀的冷、热模拟试验及发动机模拟试验,评估了有关航空涂料在高温、高速燃气烧蚀条件下的使用性能,研制了适合某型发射装置和类似工况使用的防护涂层及标志涂料。The combinative effect of high temperature ablation and supersonic erosion of exhaust and flame from the engine of missiles on the service performance and life of airborne weapons and aircrafts was a severe problem in engineering. Various ablation\|corrosion resistance coatings and mark coatings were thus evaluated by environmental condition tests and a series of simulating tests including cold\|simulating test, hot\|simulating test, rocket\|simulating test, etc. The coatings were subjected to missile field launching tests as well. Based on a series of comparative investigations and screening tests, the coatings applicable to the ablation\|corrosion protection of airborne weapons and aircrafts were successfully developed. The developed ablation\|corrosion resistance coatings and mark coatings would also be applicable to the ablation\|corrosion protection of devices operating in similar surroundings.
