摘　　要：目的 :研究胃镜下诊断和治疗急性脊髓损伤后发生应激性溃疡的方法。方法 :本组回顾性分析 3 2例急性脊髓损伤并发应激性溃疡患者的临床资料。结果 :15例经保守治疗后治愈 ,14例在胃镜下治疗后治愈 ,2例手术后治愈 ,1例因并发呼吸循环衰竭而死亡。结论 :急性脊髓损伤后发生的应激性溃疡是一种严重并发症 ,应早期积极治疗。Objective:To study the methods of the diagnosis and treatment of spinal cord injury with stress ulcer by endoscopy.Methods:The clinical findings of 32cases of the spinal cord injury with stress ulcer were reviewed retrospectively.Results:Fifteen cases were cured by conservative treatment,14 cases were cured under the endoscopy,2 cases were cured after operation,1 case died of breath and circulation failure.Conclusion:Stress ulcer is a critical complication of acute spinal cord injury.It should be treated actively.
