摘 要:目的 探讨血水草生物碱杀灭钉螺及日本血吸虫尾蚴的效果。 方法 配置不同浓度的血水草生物碱溶液 ,观察在 2 0℃、2 5℃、30℃时浸泡 2 4 h、48h、72 h、96 h的钉螺死亡率 ;不同浓度溶液螺卵孵出率、尾蚴存活情况及对小鼠感染的保护率。 结果 (1 )浸泡 72 h钉螺死亡率 1 0 0 %的血水草生物碱溶液的浓度及温度分别为 :1 .2 5mg/ L、30℃ ;2 .5 mg/ L,2 5℃ ;5 mg/ L、1 0 mg/ L均为 2 5℃。 1 0 ml/ L、2 0℃钉螺死亡率为 60 %。 (2 ) 5 mg/ L溶液螺卵浸泡 72 h孵出率为 0~ 1 0 %。(3) 2 .5mg/ L、5mg/ L溶液尾蚴接触 60 min死亡率为 97.71 %、1 0 0 %。尾蚴接触 5mg/ L、1 0 mg/ L药液 30min,小鼠对血吸虫感染的保护率分别为 94.53%、1 0 0 %。 结论 血水草生物碱确有杀灭钉螺、螺卵及血吸虫尾蚴的效果。Objective To probe into the effect of Eomecon chionantha alkaloids against Oncomelania hupensis and Schistosoma japonicum cerearia. Methods Preparing solutions of different concentrations o f Eomecon chiornantha alkaloids to observe the mortality rate of Oncomelania when immerced for 24 h, 48 h, 72 h and 96 h in temperatures of 20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃, to observe the hatching rate of Oncomelania eggs in different concentractions, the survival condition of cercaria and the protective rate to mice infection. Result (1) The solution concentrations and temperatures of Eomecon chionantha alkaloids in which the mortality rate of Oncomelania reaches 100% when immerced for 72h are respectively: 1.25 mg/L, 30 ℃;2.5 mg/L, 25 ℃;5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, 25 ℃. While mortality rate of Oncomelania in solution of 10 mg/L and 20 ℃ is 60%.(2) The hatching rate of Oncomelania eggs after immerced for 72 h in solution of 5 mg/L are 0-10%.(3) The mortality rates of cercaria after the have come into contact for 60 min with the solutions of 2.5 mg/L and 5 mg/L are 97.71% and 100%. When cercaria have contacted for 30 min with solutions of 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L, the protective rates of mices to schistosoma infection are respectively 94.53% and 100%. Conclusion Alkaloids of Eomecon Chionantha Hance is effective in killing Oncomelania、snail egg and Schistosoma japonicum cercaria.
