摘　　要：目的　为了解常熟市城区新生儿产房接种卡介苗后免疫效果和接种质量。　方法　对 2 0 0 1年 1月至 1 2月出生的 2 0 0 1名新生儿进行监测。　结果　 1 2周阳转率为 81 .1 1 % ,PPD试验硬结平均直径 (7.63± 1 .73) mm,硬结反应频率分布呈单峰型 ,曲线高峰有左移现象。有效卡痕形成率 95.55% ,卡痕平均直径为 (4.86± 1 .2 0 ) mm。卡痕均径≥ 3mm者 1 91 2名 ,占 95.55% ,阳性反应 83.47% ;<3 mm者 89名 ,占 4.45% ,阳性反应 31 .0 3%。按要求接种部位在左上臂三角肌外下缘皮内的为 660名 ,占 33.0 2 %。　　结论　常熟市城区新生儿产房接种卡介苗总体是成功的 ,免疫效果是有效的 。Objective To know about the immunity effect and inoculation quality of the new babies inoculated with BCG in delivery room in Chingshu city proper. Methods 2001 babies born in Jan.2001～Dec.2001 are inspected. Result Twelve weeks conversion rate is 81.11%; PPD test sclerosis average diameter is 7.63±1.73 mm. Sclerosis reaction frequency distribution is single apex type; Curve line pinnacle shows left moving phenomenon efficiency BCG mark. Form rate 95.55%, the average diameter of BCG mark is 4.86±1.20mm. 1912 person's ≥3 mm,account for 95.55%;89 person<3 mm, account for 4.45%, Sclerosis reaction person are 31.03%. 660 persons are inoculated on the left upper arm deltoid outer edge inner according to the request, account for 33.02%. Conclusion The inoculation of BCG for neonatals in delivery room of Changshu City is successful and effective.But the inoculation quality needs to be improved.
