摘 要:目的 研究河流底泥重金属污染对水生生物遗传物质的损伤。 方法 在含不同浓度 Pb2 +的底泥环境下饲养鲤鱼 ,取其红细胞涂片、染色 ,测定其微核细胞率。 结果 底泥 Pb2 + 含量在 1 96.2 3~ 2 51 9.60 mg/kg范围内时 ,随Pb2 +浓度升高 ,鲤鱼红细胞的微核细胞率也升高 (P<0 .0 1 ) ,表现出明显的量效关系。同时观察到 ,随高浓度的 Pb2 +作用时间延长 ,红细胞的微核细胞率有升高的趋势。Objective To survey the genetic materials damage of Cyprinus corpio's erythrocytes caused by heavy metal lead in river silt. Methods Cyprinus corpios were bred with river silt of different concentration of Pb 2+ , erythrocytes were smeared and stained, the rate of cell with micronuclei was determined. Result When the concentration of Pb 2+ in river silt was between 196.23~2519.60 mg/kg, the rate of cell with micronuclei increased as the concentration of Pb 2+ raised, fitting good quantity-effect relationship. Additionally, there was a rising tendency in the rate of erythrocytes with micronuclei when the reaction time of high concentration of Pb 2+ elongated. Conclusion Heavy metal lead in river silt injures the genetic materials of Cyprinus corpio's erythrocytes.
