干扰素不同给药方式加二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨干扰素不同给药方式加二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。　方法　 81例 CA患者随机分为三组 :二氧化碳激光治疗后予干扰素凝胶制剂局部外涂 ( 组 ) ;激光治疗后予局部注射干扰素 ( 组 ) ;单纯应用二氧化碳激光治疗 ( 组 )。　结果　 、 、 的治愈率分别为 76.91 % (2 0 / 2 6) ,79.1 6% (1 9/ 2 4 ) ,45.1 6% (1 4 / 31 )。　结论　二氧化碳激光治疗尖锐湿疣后给予干扰素治疗能降低复发率 。Objective To explore the effect of treating condyloma acuminatum (CA) in different ways using interferon plus CO 2 laser. Methods 81 patients with CA were randomly divided into three groups: Group Ⅰ consisted of 26 cases was given topical applicantion IFN afer CO 2 laser therapy;Group Ⅱ consisted of 24 cases were given partial injection IFN afer CO 2 laser therapy;Group Ⅲ consisted of 26 cases were only given CO 2 laser therapy . Result The cure rates in group Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ were 76.91%(20/26),79.16%(19/24),45.16%(14/31) respectively. Conclusion The use of IFN in different ways could cooperatively decrease recurrence rate of CA after CO 2 laser therapy.
