摘　　要：阐述了划建福建省自然保护小区的目的、意义及建设与发展现状,提出存在问题及对策措施。This paper expounded the purpose and significance of designating and constructing the natural protective estates in Fujian,and the present situations of construction and development.It raised the existing problems and countermeasures as well as measures.
